4. Domains and client materials

Where Carrera Web arranges a domain for a client, the intention is for it to be registered in the client’s name whenever the registrar permits. The client remains responsible for keeping ownership and contact details accurate and for paying renewal charges unless the written proposal states otherwise.

Clients must have the necessary rights and permissions for logos, photographs, text, personal data and other materials they provide. Carrera Web may rely on the client’s confirmation that those materials may lawfully be used.

5. Intellectual property

The Carrera Web name, site design, original text, graphics and code on this website are owned by Alberto Carrera or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and temporarily cache the site for normal use, but must not reproduce, sell, redistribute or adapt substantial parts without written permission.

Client websites and third-party names, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Portfolio display does not transfer any rights.
